Juli Teitler is a graduate of the School of Visual Arts with a Master's in Art Therapy, and of New York University’s Post-Master’s Certificate Program in Advanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She is a Creative Arts Therapist who specializes in working with adolescents and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and self-exploration. She also has experience supporting individuals through trauma, identity exploration, and relationship challenges. Juli draws from a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to each person’s unique needs, combining creative expression with evidence-based techniques.
