This piece looks at a recent research study that found that 42% of of adults in the study reported experiencing some sort of mental distress during the pandemic last year. The advice? If you're struggling with your mental health, you can try things like mindfulness and self care. Being assessed and aided by a mental health professional is a great option for when you feel like you need more help.
